Recruiter, personnel search manager in Shen-Servis

The company specializes in management services for the operation of real estate objects. We are looking for a recruiter for a mass recruitment team. The main vacancies for which you need to search are a cleaner and a security guard. Search for candidates throughout Ukraine. The purpose of the position is to provide professional staff for existing and new company objects .Tasks: creation of a vacancy profile and placement on job resources; selection of resumes, initial screening of candidates; organization and conducting of interviews; interaction with hiring managers; direct participation in personnel adaptation; management of the candidate database in the corporate CRM, reporting on recruiting; participation in HR projects. Desires for the candidate: has experience in recruiting from 2 years; knows what direct search is; has a higher education; confident user of MS Excel, Power Point; wants to develop in the field of recruiting. Working conditions: full-time from 9: 00 to 18:00 from Mon to Fri; hybrid work schedule (remote from 1-2 days per week); the opportunity to develop and learn new things; official employment with/unpaid - from UAH 30,000.
