Requirements: Higher education; 1 year of experience in recruiting staff; Practical experience in recruiting staff of various levels: mass recruitment, (handymen, drivers, administrative staff etc.);Closing a large number of vacancies in a short period of time;Knowledge of methods of finding, motivating and increasing the involvement of employees;Good knowledge of personnel management;High communication skills;A confident PC user;Responsibilities:Search and recruitment of personnel within established deadlines;Organization of interviews by heads of structural units ;Formation of the personnel reserve;Labor market monitoring, review of wages;Introduction of proposals to the system of material and material motivation of the staff;Participation in the work of the personnel service (recruitment, dismissal, transfer, leave and military registration);Working conditions: place of work - Kyiv, str.
