What matters to us: Experience in the field of active recruitment from 1 year, the ability to work with various sources of candidate search, work for results, communication skills, leadership qualities, proactivity Duties: active search for recruiters, office sales managers and freelance recruiters, conducting primary and secondary interviews, writing job vacancies, maintaining an up-to-date database of reserve and current candidates, as well as building long-term relationships with them, participation in the HR processes of the company.
