Functional duties: Conducting search, selection and hiring of candidates for vacancies at various levels and areas (technical vacancies, administrative, line personnel); Conducting telephone and online interviews, analysis of resumes and assessment of potential candidates; cooperation with the heads of the company's departments to determine personnel needs, approval of candidates; use of alternative sources of personnel search, creative approach to candidate search. The company guarantees: stable and decent wages. Trial period — 30,000 hryvnias, main term — 40,000 hryvnias; Convenient office hours from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Mon — Fri). Remote work format is not provided.
