Functional duties: p>
- Organization of the process of mass search for personnel; organization of the process of selection and hiring of working and qualified personnel; document flow of the department in the accounting system.
- Searching, selecting and hiring candidates for vacancies at various levels and areas (technical vacancies, administrative, line personnel);
- Attending events, activities, conferences to search for and attract new personnel, the use of alternative sources of personnel search, a creative approach to the search for candidates;
- Conducting telephone and online interviews, analyzing resumes and evaluating potential candidates;
- Cooperation with the heads of the company's departments to determine personnel needs , approval of candidates.

- work experience from 1 year in the direction of HR;
- understanding of HR business processes: recruiting, adaptation.
