Duties of a Super Recruiter:

• Search, selection and hiring candidates for vacancies at various levels and areas
• Resume analysis and assessment of potential candidates
• Cooperation with the heads of the company's departments to determine the needs of staff, approval of candidates
• Use of alternative sources of personnel search, creative approach to candidate search.
