Recruiter, personnel inspector in Eko-Lider T, TOV

Requirements: Experience in the field of recruitment and/or personnel administration will be an advantage; Experience in closing vacancies at various levels; Ability to effectively use recruiting and search tools; Having a higher education is desirable; Knowledge of labor legislation of Ukraine; Fluency in PC, experience in 1C, clerical skills .Working conditions: Official employment; Paid vacation and sick leave; Corporate events; Delicious coffee in the office; Friendly team; Location of the office: reference point — Wallpaper market. Duties: Posting vacancies (2−3 per month) on platforms for personnel search; Ensuring the search for candidates through passive and active search, including .h on various online portals; Working with resumes of potential candidates, pre-screening, conducting initial interviews over the phone; Ensuring an effective recruitment process, including organizing and conducting interviews (kick-off meetings); Planning and conducting face-to-face interviews. Formation of resume base; Analysis of the labor market in the direction of search; Formation of personal files of newly hired employees, making changes to them; Assistance to the manager in processing vacations; Preparation of documents for transfer to the archive.
