Recruiter (personnel office, Boryspilska office) in ELEFAUNT, TOV

The Elefaunt company is a leading supplier of wooden containers in Ukraine and Europe. We specialize in the production and sale of wooden pallets and now, in connection with the expansion of production capacity, we are looking for:

Recruiter (with personnel administration)

Requirements for the candidate :

• A confident user of Google and 1C products (any of them will be an advantage);
• Experience in a similar position for six months or more (Ready to meet interested candidates without experience)
• Knowledge of the legislation of Ukraine on labor and relevant legal acts.

Main duties:

• Assistance in the selection of line personnel (posting vacancies on employment sites, receiving incoming calls) without conducting interviews;
• Management of the full cycle of personnel administration (registration, acceptance, transfer, dismissal);

• Organizing the work of the office and solving administrative and economic issues;
• Receiving, sending and registering correspondence.
• Working with primary documents.
