Recruiter, personal assistant to the manager, business assistant in CLIP CLIP Studio / Drozdovska A.I., FOP

We are looking for a Recruiter - a personal assistant manager for an online beauty and electronics store.

What are the main tasks? We have a small team (up to 20 people), so full-time jobs are only for the position of HR recruiter we do not have, so we decided to combine the duties with the personal assistant of the manager.

What exactly should be done as HR:

• posting vacancies on specialized sites
• conducting interviews
• creating job descriptions
• help in creating processes for departments
• help in creating a KPI system for the team

What exactly need to do as an assistant manager:

• communication and control of contractors
• execution of short-term marketing tasks
• optimizing time for analytics and communication with the team
• maintaining the right atmosphere in the team
• active participation in brainstorms and the corporate life of the team
