iPay.ua is looking for a HR manager. We need an attentive, responsible, multidisciplinary manager who will report to the Executive Director.

/> — search for gray link personnel
— planning and distribution of tasks, setting priorities
— ability to easily find a common language, ease of communication
— compilation of reports
— monitoring of market trends
—working in a team, listening to others, fulfilling assigned tasks
—performance indicators in work

Tasks
—search for personnel and all accompanying work
—participation and/or organization of corporate events
—support and maintenance of team spirit through reviews, surveys, feedback, etc.
—managing personnel and market analytics in the fintech direction
—managing HURMA
