Company was founded in 2014 and today we are one of the most famous importers of spare parts for agricultural machinery, special machinery, equipment manufacturing and among specialists in the sale of used machinery.

The company's clients include both small farms, regional agricultural businesses, and national corporations, all of which are satisfied with the quality of our goods and services.

We are constantly growing and we are looking for a part-time recruiter who will help us with this.

Responsibilities:

• Active search for potential candidates through various channels;
• Organization and implementation interview with candidates;
• Communication with candidates at all stages of the recruiting process;
• Support and management of the internal candidate database;
• Regular cooperation with managers: identification of hiring needs, collection and consolidation of requirements, organization of interviews.

Requirements:

• Experience in recruitment from 1 year (an advantage will be experience inin agricultural or related field);

• Excellent communication and organizational skills;

• Successful experience of managing several vacancies at the same time;

• Result orientation and self-organization;

• The desire to learn and develop in the field of recruiting.
