Recruiter, office manager in Grant Service

Grant Service – has been providing employment services in Poland for more than 9 years.
We are developing and are again looking for purposeful and open-to-learn people in our friendly team.

We have an open vacancy for a recruiter - this is someone who feels the potential of candidates from the first words or messages, knows how to create creative ads to find the right people, and can to organize your work process as efficiently as possible.
 
 In simple words, the responsibilities of a recruiterinclude:

• Creating interesting, creative ads according to the available vacancies in Poland;
• Posting them in the appropriate groups of social networks to search for candidates;
• Conducting conversations with potential candidates and selecting them according to the requirements clients;
• Consultation and support of candidates until the moment of their employment.
• Formation of reports on the work performed.

You can always count on the help of the team, because we have a friendly team in Ukraine and Poland.

Understanding or knowledge of the Polish language is welcome.

Experience as a recruiter is not mandatory - your desire to learn and the ability to find an approach are more important to each candidate.
