Recruiter of production personnel abroad in Toltek LTD

We are looking for a recruiter with experience in mass recruitment.

We have a need to provide production personnel for our production in Lithuania. We provide all the necessary marketing tools to attract the specialists we need, we have a large number of incoming applications from potential candidates that need to be processed.

Experience of working with production, as well as working in foreign employment agencies will be an advantage.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in recruiting or in a managerial position.
• Understanding the specifics of working with production personnel and experience work in searching for these specialists.
• Proactivity in work.
• Dignity
• High sociability and communication skills with different people;
• Organization, attention to details and the ability to work in conditions of a large amount of information and incoming applications.
• Ability to work with electronic spreadsheets, the ability to use formulas.
• Readiness for public speaking (conducting webinars, online interviews, participation in content creation)

Our Kyiv office deals with ensuring production in Lithuania by specialists mainly from Ukraine. Accordingly, we are looking for HR with work experience to find and recruit the necessary specialists with further control of their performance at the production site in Lithuania. In our work, we use many modern tools to search for these candidates and have the resources to test new hypotheses and tools.

Your main tasks will be: searching and recruiting personnel, monitoring the labor market, working with a large number of incoming candidate applications who want to work at our production in Lithuania, checking them for compliance with our requirements, working with the CRM system, searching for new candidates, implementing new methods and ideas for their search, conducting online interviews, maintaining work documentation, interacting with production in Lithuania.

Working schedule: 10:00-19:00 from Monday to Friday. The office is located in the center of Kyiv, 7 minutes from Olimpiysk. We have no power outages, internet, and no problems with heating and air conditioning. We are takkkkkuke6vcheekkkkk5ee
