In connection with the development, we are looking for an HR manager. Area of ​​responsibility: Management of the full cycle of personnel recruitment (sourcing / screening / interviews and interviews, sending a job offer); Selection and evaluation of potential candidates with the help of various recruiting tools; Participation in the development of the adaptation process employee motivation and employer brand development; Use of various recruiting metrics, process optimization and improvement; Cooperation with universities to attract students and graduates; Requirements: Higher education; Experience as a recruiter, HR manager or recruiter for at least 2 years; Possession of modern tools and platforms for recruiting (LinkedIn, Job board, SignalHire, etc.). Effective communication, negotiation and persuasion skills; Results orientation, high self-organization and responsibility.
