Future tasks: the full cycle of recruiting: determining the needs and key requirements for candidates, publishing vacancies, searching for relevant candidates, organizing interviews and support at all stages of selection, providing feedback, preparation of job offers; work with various non-technical vacancies: marketing, digital, finance, management, sales, admin, etc. maintaining and updating the candidate database in the ATS system; participation in team meetings. For this you will need: experience in recruitment from 2 years; successful experience of conducting a full cycle of recruiting for non-technical positions of various specialties from junior to head levels; experience of working with various search channels and the ability to interest candidates; customer orientation, the ability to build a positive experience for both candidates and customers; the ability to work in team, high emotional intelligence and empathy, multitasking and flexibility. Will be an advantage: knowledge of the English language at the Upper-Intermediate level and above; experience in international recruitment.
