Recruiter (non-tech)

Kyiv, remote

We are looking for a talented and experienced Recruiter to join of our team and will help us close hot vacancies. If you have a high level of communication skills, have experience in finding teachers - we will be glad to see you in our team!

Main duties:

• Full cycle of recruiting for vacancies of the entire company STUDY.UA Ukraine
• Preparation and control of all necessary tasks for the exit of a new employee;
• Documentary support of new candidates, communication with the personnel manager;
• Systematic onboarding for each new employee, namely: communication with the manager, sending an invitation to the first working day, conducting a personal or zoom interview, support during the entire adaptation process;
• Communication with all departments of the company regarding personnel (support, attraction of new talents, solving issues within the competence of HR);
• Continuous development and use of new candidate search channels;
• Filling and timely entry of necessary data into working documents, tables;

Requirements:

• 2+ years of recruiting experience;
• experience in working with CRMs;
• understanding of approaches to the search and hiring of Non-Tech personnel;

A significant plus:

• experience in closing teacher vacancies in Ukraine.
