• Knowledge of methods and tools of personnel search and selection.
• Flexibility, ability to set priorities, systematicity, meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct face-to-face interviews.
• Guiding candidates through all stages before employment.
• Conducting telephone interviews.

Will be a plus:

• Completed recruiting courses.

Working conditions :

• Office format of work.
• Flexible schedule between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday (lunch and breaks not tied to time);
• Additional day off per month.
• Official employment.
• Paid holidays and sick days.
• Working equipment is provided.
