Main tasks: · Full cycle of recruiting from communication with the hiring manager to the candidate's offer; · Development and implementation of candidate search strategies; · Conducting interviews and evaluation of potential candidates; · Coordination of interaction with candidates and company departments; · Support and improvement of the recruiting and candidate selection system. Our expectations: · Experience in recruiting (willing to consider candidates after specialized courses); · High level of communication skills; · Ability to work with stress and the ability to make decisions in limited time; · Knowledge of recruiting methods and techniques; · Experience in finding candidates for top positions will be a big plus; · Higher education in the field of management, psychology or HR.
