Recruiter (non-tech) in Association of Ukrainian Defense Manufacturers

Due to scaling and expansion, we invite a team of proactive Recruiter.

Main tasks:

• Full recruiting cycle from communication with hiring manager to candidate offer;
• Development and implementation of candidate search strategy;
• Conducting interviews and evaluating potential candidates;
• Coordinating interaction with candidates and company departments;
• Supporting and improving the recruiting and candidate selection system.

Expectations from the candidate:

• Experience in recruiting (willing to consider candidates after specialized courses);
• High level of communication skills;
• Ability to work with stress and the ability to make decisions in a limited time frame;
• Knowledge of recruiting methods and techniques;
• Experience in searching for candidates for top positions will be a big plus ;
• Higher education in the field of management, psychology or HR.
