Due to scaling and expansion, we invite a team of proactive Recruiter.
Main tasks:
- Full recruiting cycle from communication with hiring manager to candidate offer;
- Development and implementation of candidate search strategy;
- Conducting interviews and evaluating potential candidates;
- Coordinating interaction with candidates and company departments;
- Supporting and improving the recruiting and candidate selection system.
ul>Expectations from the candidate:
- Experience in recruiting (willing to consider candidates after specialized courses);
- High level of communication skills;
- Ability to work with stress and the ability to make decisions in a limited time frame;
- Knowledge of recruiting methods and techniques;
- Experience in searching for candidates for top positions will be a big plus ;
- Higher education in the field of management, psychology or HR.
