Recruiter (non-tech) in Ajax Systems

Position Recruiter at Ajax Systems provides a dynamic work rhythm and professional growth. The main task is to become a reliable partner for hiring managers and a support for sustainable business development.

Add your expertise to a cool team Local Business Unit: 4 Recruiters, 1 Talent Sourcer and 1 Team Lead, work with business vacancies and hire on the Ukrainian market!

Knowledge and skills required:

• Experience in recruiting for 2+ years, closing positions of various levels and complexity;
• Successful experience in closing non-technical positions ;
• Excellent knowledge of the main methods of selection and evaluation of candidates;
• Proactivity and desire to develop;
• Proficiency in English at the Pre-Intermediate level and above.

Will be a plus:

• Experience in mass recruitment ;
• Executive search experience will be an advantage.

Tasks:

• Work with the full recruiting cycle, to close vacancies in the marketing, logistics, finance, customer support teams;
• Conduct initial acquaintances with candidates, telephone/personal interviews
• Regularly monitor the candidate market, offer new channels to attract the best specialists; 
• Propose and implement changes to recruiting processes.
