If you have little experience, but it is highly desirable to develop in the field of recruiting . Basic theoretical knowledge in selection/adaptation is available, and it is desired to use this knowledge in practice. You are a scrupulous, responsible and energetic extrovert with a high emotional intelligence - then we have you!

We pay attention to your:

Hard-skills:

• experience in mass recruitment staff from 6 months;
• English language skills at B2 level.

You will perform the following tasks:

• manage the full cycle of recruitment (resume screening/phone interviews, interviews, sending job-offer-a);
• perform qualitative and quantitative indicators;
• participate in the adaptation of new employees;
• support the HR brand and corporate culture of the employer;
• work with the involvement and motivation of personnel;
