We are IT company SoftSvit.Our team develops and implements web products, their design and development, and also provides full service support for our clients.

If you have little experience, but it is highly desirable to develop in the field of recruiting . There is basic theoretical knowledge in selection/adaptation, and it is desired to use this knowledge in practice. You are a scrupulous, responsible and energetic extrovert with a high emotional intelligence - then you should join us!

We pay attention to your:

Hard-skills:

• work experience in mass recruitment of 6 months;
• knowledge of a foreign language will be an advantage.

You will perform the following tasks:

• manage the full cycle of recruitment (resume screening/ phone interviews, interviews, sending a job-offer);
• perform qualitative and quantitative indicators;
• participate in the adaptation of new employees;
• support the HR brand and corporate culture of the employer;
• work with staff involvement and motivation;
