The main tasks: The full cycle of recruiting, from communication with the hiring manager to the offer of the candidate. specialists to top management); Conducting interviews and evaluation of potential candidates; Coordination of interaction with candidates and company departments; Support and improvement of the recruiting and candidate selection system; Management of CRM, daily reports and speeches at daily meetings.
