Recruiter (non-IT and IT) in EvoPlay

To realize the company's ambitious growth plans, the recruiting team needs reinforcement. We are looking for a talented, results-oriented specialist, whose main task will be to find and attract the best specialists. Kyiv office/hybrid format Required skills: — experience of 2 years in a similar position; — results-oriented, flexibility, ability to work and learn at a fast pace; — good theoretical knowledge of the recruitment process and various interview techniques; — knowledge of the most popular modern search sources; — strong communication skills, the ability to negotiate and work with objections. Tasks: — active participation in closing vacancies mainly in the Financial sector , Legal and IT; — communication with business customers, close cooperation on an ongoing basis; — work with job sites, social networks and specialized forums, telegram channels;— initial assessment of resumes, conducting online/offline interviews (including in English);— building strong working relationships with candidates, maintaining contact with potential candidates;— maintaining an internal database of candidates , its systematic replenishment; — reporting on the personnel selection process. It will be a plus: — understanding of hunting techniques; — availability of a database of candidates; — experience in searching with international markets (Cyprus, EU and others).
