We create, develop and manage online businesses of leading retail players in the fashion industry in the categories of clothing, footwear, and accessories. Since 2016, we have been helping our partners' online businesses grow. Among them: marketplace сmd-fashion.com.ua, ultra-shop.com, adidas.ua, newbalance.ua, ua.puma.com, saks85.com, frgroup.kz and others. We are currently expanding the HR team and looking for a recruiter. This offer is just for you , if: you have 2 years of experience in recruiting; you have the skills to successfully manage 3+ vacancies at the same time; you know how to work with mass recruitment vacancies; you know how to work with various sources of searching and attracting candidates; you know various techniques for conducting interviews, checking the skills and competencies of candidates ; you have experience of parallel work with different hiring managers and flexibility in hiring approaches; you have competent spoken and written Ukrainian. English language - Upper Intermediate; a master in working with Google services and programs: Excel, PowerPoint, Trello and Jira; you have the following personal qualities: multitasking, diligence, flexibility, logical thinking, stress resistance, a high sense of responsibility and the ability to negotiate. Your responsibilities : closing vacancies in such areas as: customer service, warehouse logistics, system administration, content managers, photographers, stylists, marketing specialists; communication with hiring managers regarding the definition of the candidate's profile; creation of job descriptions, placement on relevant resources; work with alternative search sources and cold databases of candidates; resume screening, conducting phone interviews and online interviews; supporting candidates during all stages of selection, working with feedback; supporting the candidate before leaving for work (collecting documents, creating the necessary accounts, preparing the team for leaving ); analytics and reporting; tracking the latest labor market trends; involvement in other HR processes within the scope of the position.
