The role of a recruiter in our team: to be a business partner for the hiring manager, to help with effective decisions related to hiring; for all stages of recruitment: from strategy formation, sourcing and evaluation of candidates to final negotiations; to be the initiator of ideas that improve the efficiency of recruitment processes.
