We are looking for a Recruiter who will perfectly complement our team:)

-general experience in recruiting from 2 years;

-you have non-trivial approaches to finding candidates and various tools;

-ability to find a common language with different people;

-responsibility and good time management;

-English in level at least Intermediate (many foreign projects await you:)

What you will do:

- communicate with hiring managers regarding vacancies and candidates;

-create a description of vacancies and publish them on various resources;

-process reviews and search for candidates;

-conduct HR interviews , organize technical and final interviews;

-provide timely feedback to candidates;

-make a job offer and accompany the candidate at the pre-onboarding stage;

-work with various vacancies (Finance, Support, R&D).
