The Gravity Agency is looking for to your Junior Recruiter's team to close business, marketing and administrative positions!

Our clients are Ukrainian and European IT companies and projects ranging from startups and ending with large-scale businesses with many years of experience in international markets.

The role of the recruiter in our team:

• to be a business partner for the hiring manager, to help in effective solutions, related to employment;
• responsibility for all stages of recruitment: from strategy formation, sourcing and candidate evaluation to final negotiations;
• be the initiator of ideas that improve the efficiency of recruitment processes.

What is important to us:

• from 1 year of successful experience in closing vacancies;
  English upper intermediate+;
• readiness for large volumes of work and information flow: managing chats, letters and conducting interviews;
• the ability to determine the potential of each candidate and present it favorably to the client;
• time management and self-organization skills, the ability to set priorities and plan your day effectively:)
