We expect to see in the team a specialist who knows the situation on the labor market, knows modern selection methods and enthusiastically takes on even extremely difficult vacancies. The principle of work of the Recruiting team: the focus is on the candidate who gets the best experience of communication with the company; the focus is only on the talent of the applicant ; flexibility in work and communication; continuous education, tracking trends in the search for candidates. Requirements for the position: from 2 years of experience in searching and selecting candidates; activity in social media; experience in Head hunting and Executive search; closing of Middle/Top management vacancies ; the speed and quality of hiring the best specialists to the company; English — Intermediate. Tasks: use LinkedIn and Djinni resources; close vacancies, in accordance with requirements and deadlines; monitor the labor market; analyze and increase work efficiency. Conditions: work in any office on choice — Kharkiv, Kyiv; work schedule: Mon-Fri, from 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.; salary: based on wishes, consists of the rate and bonuses for closed vacancies.
