Your skills:

Hard skills:

  1. Experience as a recruiter of 6 months or more.
  2. Ability to use Google services, CRM system.
  3. Experience with Boolean / X-ray search, knowledge of programs for search, automation and work analysis .
  4. Understanding basic technical terms, the ability to distinguish the main requirements for a technical specialist from secondary ones (or the desire to learn it).
  5. Stylistic literacy, understanding of the basics of copywriting and the ability to use this knowledge in practice.

    1. Conducting interviews.
    2. Writing direct search letters.
