< p style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400">We are considering candidates from other cities of Ukraine who are ready to move to Poltava, we will compensate the costs of housing rent.Requirements:
- Work experience in the field of search and recruitment of personnel from 2 years;
- It is desirable to have work experience in large production enterprises;
- Experience in the search and selection of specialists for production specialties will be an advantage;
- Owning of personnel selection techniques of various levels of complexity (incl. direct search);
- Understanding the direction of the oil and gas business (will be an advantage);
- Analytical abilities;
- Effective communication skills;
- High level self-organization, planning and responsibility.

Responsibilities:
- Search for candidates with relevant experience who meet the requirements for vacancies (of varying complexity);
- Conducting initial telephone interviews, selecting candidates for further communication;
- Organization of candidate meetings with the internal Customer;
- Formation of personnel reserve;
- Adaptation of new employees.
