Recruiter (middle+) in the IGaming in WarpJump Company

We are looking for candidates for the position throughout Ukraine and Europe (with spoken Ukrainian)

Main Responsibilities:

Candidate Search and Selection:

• Using various sources to search for candidates, such as LinkedIn, DOU, Djinni, Telegram chats, and recommendations.
• Establishing contact with potential candidates (initial emails, outreach).
• Collecting resumes and responses to preliminary screening questions.

• Entering relevant candidates into the database.

   

Hiring Process:

• Developing and posting job advertisements.
• Selecting relevant candidates for initial screening interviews and main interviews with technical specialists.
• Organizing and coordinating the interview process with department leaders (arranging 2nd and 3rd stage interviews if necessary).
• Providing feedback to candidates on interview results (offers and rejections).
• Negotiating employment terms and preparing offers for candidates, as well as organizing onboarding.
• Transferring documents to the legal department for the preparation of cooperation agreements.

Assistance in HR:

• Help organize corporate events, team-building activities, celebrations, etc.
• Sending birthday greetings in chat, preparing birthday gifts.
• Preparing gifts for employees' children on holidays.

• Help organize corporate training and educational events.

   

Requirements:

• Recruitment experience in the IGaming sector with 1.5+ years.
• Proficiency in sourcing candidates across Europe using various recruitment sources.
• High level of communication skills, both written and spoken English (for correspondence and initial screening interviews with candidates).
• Ability to effectively organize the hiring and pre onboarding process for new employees.
• Team player with the ability to interact with various stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Attention to detail, ability to assess hard and soft skills to meet vacancy needs.
