Recruiter (Middle) in EvoPlay

To implement the company's ambitious plans for growth, the recruiting team needs to be strengthened. We are looking for a talented, result-oriented specialist, whose main task will be to find and attract the best specialists.

M. Kyiv (hybrid work format).

< b>Necessary skills:

• work experience of 3 years in a similar position
• focus on results, flexibility, skill work and learn at a fast pace good theoretical knowledge of the recruitment process and various interview techniques knowledge of the most popular modern search sources strong communication skills negotiate and work with objections
• English level: upper-intermediate or higher

Tasks:

• active participation in closing vacancies
• communication with business customers, close cooperation on a permanent basis
• work with LinkedIn, job sites, social. networks and specialized forums, Telegram channels
• initial assessment of resumes, conducting online/offline interviews (including in English)
• building strong working relationships with candidates, maintaining communication communication with potential candidates
• maintenance of the internal database of candidates, its systematic replenishment
• reporting on the personnel selection process

Will be a plus:< /b>

• understanding of hunting techniques
• availability of a candidate base
• experience in search with international markets
