Recruiter (Middle+) in NDA Recruitment

We are looking for a Recruiter who is genuinely interested in working with engineering roles and people. For us, it is important not just to close vacancies, but to find a strong and fair match between the candidate and the team, with respect for the time and expectations of both parties.

Basic requirements:

• Experience in recruiting from 2 years, preferably with engineering or technical positions;

• Middle / Middle+ level with confident management of vacancies from the start to the offer;

• Ability to build open and trusting communication;

• Understanding the market of engineering candidates;

• Orientation on a high-quality candidate experience;

• Ability to work with several vacancies without losing focus.

What you will have to do:

• Conduct the full cycle of recruiting engineering positions;

• Search and attract candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, direct search, recommendations);

• Support candidates at all stages with transparent and timely communication;

• Work in partnership with Hiring Managers;

• Work with ATS.
