Key tasks:

• active search and selection of candidates for vacancies at the Bank's head office;
• conducting interviews and evaluating candidates;
• providing feedback on candidates to customers;
• participation in the process of staff adaptation;
• conducting and analyzing exit interviews;
• preparing reports on work results;
• participation in HR projects of the Bank.

For this position, you need:

• full higher education;
• desire to work and develop in the field of HR, in particular in recruiting;
• willingness to learn and accept new knowledge;
• ability to argue one's position;
• creative thinking, flexibility, perseverance.
