The goal of the position is to provide professional staff for existing and new company facilities.
Tasks:
- job profile formation and placement on job resources;
- selection of resumes, initial screening of candidates;
- organization and conducting of interviews;
- interaction with hiring managers;
- direct participation in personnel adaptation;
- maintenance of candidate database in corporate CRM, recruitment reporting;
- participation in HR projects.
Wishes to the candidate:
- has work experience (minimal possible), we teach;
- knows what direct search is;
- has a higher education;
- confident user of MS Excel, Power Point;
- wishes to develop in the field of recruiting.
Working conditions:
- full time from 9:00 to 18:00 from Mon to Fri;
