Recruiter (mass selection) in Kovalska

In connection with the development, we invite you to join our team of Recruiter in the direction of recruiting line personnel (mass recruitment) .

Main areas of responsibility:

1. Search strategy, selection of channels, centralized publication of ads
2. Active assistance to HR managers of enterprises in closing vacancies
3. Consolidation of reporting
4. Selection of personnel at a separate mass. positions

Axisnew duties:

• Processing applications for selection from internal Customers
• Search planning (search strategy; selection of tools/resources; budgeting)
• Creation and publication of job advertisements on job sites and other resources
• Recruitment of personnel for certain important positions , which require special attention (reviews, database searches, telephone interviews, organization of interviews and receiving feedback from customers and candidates)
• Consolidation of reporting in the direction of Mass selection

Our expectations:

• Experience in recruiting, preferably in production, industrial, retail companies
• Experience of mass recruitment of personnel for line positions
• Experience of development, launch, analysis of advertising campaigns
• Knowledge of relevant methods and tools of personnel search ( not just job sites)
• Initiative, willingness to search and offer solutions
• Excellent communication skills, productivity, ability to work with large amounts of information
• MS Office (Excel, Word), preferably experience using ATS
