We are looking for a Recruiter for a growing team for a Ukrainian company that develops and manufactures anti-drone systems and RKB/PER means. We have been working on the Ukrainian market since 2017, producing modern, technological and efficient equipment used to protect military, civil and critical infrastructure objects.
Scope of responsibility:
- Management of the full recruitment cycle personnel (sourcing / screening / interviews and interviews, sending job-offers)
- The main flow of vacancies is production/office personnel (installers, technologists, storekeepers, sales managers, SMM, etc.)

- Creating a "funnel" of candidates, placing vacancies on various resources
- Selection and evaluation of potential candidates using various tools
- Using various recruiting metrics, optimizing and improving the process

- Participation in the HR processes of the company
Requirements :
- Higher education
- Professional courses completed (recruiting/hr)
- Experience as a recruiter from the 1st year
- Multitasking: the ability to manage 5-6 vacancies at the same time
- Owning modern tools and platforms for recruiting (LinkedIn, Job board, SignalHire, etc.)
- Effective communication, negotiation and persuasion skills
- Result orientation, high self-organization and responsibility
