Functional duties:< br style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400"/>

• Timely closing of vacancies;
• Creating and placing ads on employment sites and social networks;
• Selecting candidates for open vacancies;
• Communication with departments;
• Interviews with candidates for vacancies from salesperson to store manager.

Basic requirements:

• Experience in recruiting will be an advantage;
• Experience of working with job sites, searching for new channels to attract candidates;
• Activity, focus on results, developed communication skills, competence assessment skills, ability to resolve conflicts;
• Experience with such tools as: Google spreadsheets, Excel, Bitrix24, 1c will be an advantage;
