What you will be doing: Conducting an active search for sales consultants on various platforms, including job sites, social networks, Telegram channels. At the same time, there will be about 11-12 vacancies in the work. Screening of resumes, conducting phone and online interviews with candidates and top-level assessment of their personal and professional skills. Participation in various HR projects, in particular in conducting staff evaluations. What we want from you We expect: Higher education. Experience in recruitment, good skills in working with search resources. Proficiency in the Ukrainian language.
