• 1 year or more experience as a recruiter or related experience (in sourcing), preferably in mass recruitment.
• Ability to conduct a full cycle recruiting flow: from sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiations, to candidate exit.
• Excellent communication and interviewing skills.
• Knowledge of modern methods of search and recruitment.
• Ability to work with a large amount of information and manage several projects at the same time.
• High level of responsibility and organization.
• Confident PC skills.
• Proficiency in Pre-Intermediate English.

What will need to be done:

• Regular communication with the team lead and hiring managers: identification of the need for hiring, regular meetings, organization of interviews.
• Search and selection of personnel for various divisions of the company.
• Development of sourcing strategy, creation of pools of relevant candidates, tracking of candidates in ATS.
• Conducting screenings and writing reviews.
• Communication with candidates at all stages of the recruiting process.
• Coordination of the hiring process from the initial contact to the offer.
• Help in organization and direct participation in hiring managers' interviews, collection of recommendations, preparation of an offer.
• Participation in other HR initiatives.
