Requirements for your experience and skills:

• Experience in the field of recruiting or a staffing agency from 1 year
• Proficient in recruitment techniques
• Communication, ability to work in a team and organization

Your responsibilities:

• Posting vacancies on job platforms and social networks in working groups, telegram channels, constant streams
• Mass calls and rapid screening, Initial interviews, assessment of soft skills
• Conducting interviews and selecting candidates for different divisions of the company
• Supporting candidates to the exit
• Maintaining a candidate database and statistical analysis of recruiting processes.
