Agro platform FERM is looking for an experienced recruiter for mass recruitment!

- Analytical mindset;
- Experience and understanding of hiring processes and techniques;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems; 

Duties:
1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies, use different search channels;
2. Prepare texts for vacancies and company presentations, communicate with candidates, maintain long-term relationships;
3. Analyze resumes, conduct interviews, use modern candidate evaluation techniques, coordinate meetings with managers;
4. Conduct vacancies of various levels of complexity: top, narrow-profile positions, including mass recruitment (line, production staff), KPI execution
5. Correctly manage the funnel of candidates, keep reports and statistics
6. Work with hiring managers, coordinate requirements, reporting on the hiring process;
7. Conduct training and development of junior recruiters, share experience.
8. Optimizing recruiting strategies, measures to attract candidates, formation of personnel reserve.
