Functional duties:

• Timely closing of vacancies;
• Creation and posting of advertisements on employment sites and in social networks;
• Selection of candidates for open vacancies;
• Communication with by departments;
• Interviews with candidates for vacancies.

Main requirements:

• Experience in recruiting from 6 months will be an advantage;
• experience working with job sites, searching for new channels to attract candidates;
• activity, focus on results, developed communication skills, competence assessment skills, ability to resolve conflicts;
• experience working with such tools as: Google spreadsheets, Excel, Bitrix24 will be an advantage;
