Recruiter (mass recruitment) in Smart Solutions

We are currently looking for a Recruiter (mass recruitment) who would he will be responsible for attracting and selecting "blue-collar workers" - specialists of various professions to ensure the effectiveness of our projects in Europe.

Task:

• Posting vacancies on relevant resources;
• Search and selection of candidates for our projects in Europe;
• Active formation of the candidate base;
• Control of the exit of candidates to projects.

Requirements:

• Experience in the selection of "blue-collar" personnel abroad;
• Independence, initiative in finding solutions, good organization of own work;
• Communicativeness and openness to communication with people;
• Knowledge of English and other languages ​​will be an advantage.
