We are currently looking for an experienced recruiter to join our talent acquisition team and help us grow our operations and front office teams!

Key skills:

• Proven experience work as a recruiter;
• Experience in mass recruitment;
• Introduction to ATS and resume databases;
• < span style="font-weight: 400">Knowledge of search methods;
• Experience of direct search and headhunting of candidates;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment;
• Ability to build relationships both in person and virtually;
• Results oriented, attention to detail, critical thinking and problem solving ability.

Tasks:

• Describe and post vacancies;
• Search for potential candidates in various sources;
• Conduct preliminary screening callsinkas for analyzing the abilities of job seekers;
• Interview candidates by combining different methods;< /li>
• Coordinate with team leaders;
• Compose job offer letters;
• Promote the company as a great place to work;
• Keep up to date with trends and new products for hire.
