The most popular online store Rozetka.ua needs a " Recruiter " (Direction of Marketing).

What needs to be done:

• Carrying out a full cycle of recruiting : from finding and selecting candidates to conducting interviews and making job offers;
• Preparation and placement of vacancies on specialized job search sites;
• Using various sources to search for and attract candidates (LinkedIn, GitHub, job portals, DOU, etc.);
• Active search: x-Ray, Boolean, etc.;
• Conducting initial resume screening and phone or video interviews to assess candidate qualifications;
• Organization and conducting of interviews, assessment of professional and personal qualities of candidates;
• Maintaining a database of candidates;
• Coordination of the recruitment process, including job offers and negotiations with candidates, preparation and processing of necessary documents for recruitment.

What is required for this:

• Experience in the position of Recruiter from 2 years;
• Experience in closing Marketing positions such as: PR, SMM, Designer, Marketing Specialist, Trade Marketing specialist, Pay per Click (PPC) Team, Digital Marketing Specialist, Retention Marketing Specialist.
• Experience with Linkedin, Djinni and similar sources of finding IT specialists;
• Understanding of basic technologies and terminology in the field of marketing;
• High level of communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with candidates, managers and other participants in the hiring process;
• Focus on results, flexibility, responsibility and the ability to work in multitasking conditions.
