Your duties include:
- processingand analysis of incoming resumes from all our advertising platforms;?
- entering information about candidates who have responded to databases;?
- searching for new platforms with job offers;?
>- communication with potential candidates in correspondence and by phone;
- selection of candidates according to conditions;
- conducting the first stage of interviews with candidates by phone (also with foreigners);?
- conducting the second stage of interviews with candidates via video (also with foreigners);?
- conducting internal reporting.
This job is for you if you:
- communicate fluently in English;? b>
- communicative, friendly, polite and stress-resistant;
- sedentary (you need to be ready to spend 8 hours a day in front of the computer);
- very attentive, ready to work with large volumes of information, ready for concentrated work;
>- are ready to make at least 30-50 phone calls a day and select at least 5-7 worthy candidates for the next stages;
- are ready to conduct up to 6 video interviews a day;
