We are looking for a recruiter whose goal is not limited to simple a set of candidates with the characteristic "English standard, maybe suitable". We need a specialist who identifies the best candidates in accordance with the company's requirements.

Position< /b>: HR department manager, recruitment specialist (Logistics)

Work schedule: 12:30—21:00 , Monday-Friday;

Payment: $5.5/hour - 968 USD/month, paid in USD

Type of work: remote, which means the opportunity to set up a personal workplace (availability of a modern PC, a high-speed Internet connection, a webcam and a separate place to work) is a prerequisite.

Formation:Independent Contractor Agreement

Your duties include:

  1. processingand analysis of incoming resumes from all our advertising platforms;?
  2. entering information about candidates who have responded to databases;?
  3. searching for new platforms with job offers;?
  4. >
  5. communication with potential candidates in correspondence and by phone;
  6. selection of candidates according to conditions;
  7. conducting the first stage of interviews with candidates by phone (also with foreigners);?
  8. conducting the second stage of interviews with candidates via video (also with foreigners);?
  9. conducting internal reporting.

This job is for you if you:

  • communicate fluently in English;?
  • communicative, friendly, polite and stress-resistant;
  • sedentary (you need to be ready to spend 8 hours a day in front of the computer);
  • very attentive, ready to work with large volumes of information, ready for concentrated work;
  • >
  • are ready to make at least 30-50 phone calls a day and select at least 5-7 worthy candidates for the next stages;
  • are ready to conduct up to 6 video interviews a day;
  • < li>confident PC user, able to work with Google Sheets.
  • you have competent pronunciation and you are ready to easily find a common language with people.
