Recruiter, manager and personnel in Optima-farm, LTD

JSC "Optima-Pharm, LTD" is one of the leading pharmaceutical companies in Ukraine, which has been providing pharmacy chains, medical institutions and doctors with high-quality medicines for over 30 years. We are actively developing, implementing modern technologies and striving to attract the best specialists to our team.

We are currently looking for a Recruiter in the structural division of m. Lviv.

Main responsibilities:

• Full recruitment cycle: from finding candidates to starting a job.

• Posting vacancies on various sites, working with social networks and professional communities.

• Conducting telephone and personal interviews.

• Interacting with managers divisions to specify personnel needs.

• Supporting candidates at all stages of selection.

• Managing the candidate database and reporting on recruitment.

Requirements:

• Experience in personnel selection from 1 year (preferably in mass recruitment).

• Developed communication skills and the ability to quickly establish contact.

• Ability to work in multitasking conditions.

• PC skills (MS Office, e-mail, work with job portals).

• Higher education (preferably in the field of HR, psychology, management or related fields).
