Recruiter (Lukyanivska metro) in EVA – liniya magaziniv

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position from 1 year.
• Knowledge of recruiting and personnel selection.
• Ability to work with candidates and conduct interviews ;
• Experience of direct search, and on Internet resources.

Responsibilities:

• Search, selection and evaluation of candidates for sales personnel in stores.< /li>
• Conducting offline and online interviews, compiling resumes.
• Maintaining a candidate database;
• Development and implementation of recruitment strategies (Websites, social networks, direct search) .
• Interaction with managers regarding requirements for candidates.

Official employment.

Work schedule from Mon to Fri, from 9:00 to 18:00, Saturday and Sunday off.
